SHARP is not a generic consulting framework

Two things make it different in practice. First, Harness comes before Reengineer — we look hard for value in what you already own before proposing to replace anything. Second, Accelerate is engineering, not slideware — it means working software in weeks, running against a measured baseline.

On any engagement, SHARP is applied to a specific slice of the Transformation Journey: digitise, connect or enable AI on one process, prove it, then move to the next.
